Gutter Cleaning is Messy, Dangerous and Absolutely Essential
- Decomposing organic matter, leaves, shingle debris, along with tennis balls, newspapers and everything else you can imagine, make for a dirty, stinky and messy job.
- The Consumer Product Safety Commission reports that more than 90,000 people receive emergency room treatment for ladder accidents each year.
- Clogged gutter systems can cause extensive water damage to your home and eventually lead to foundation cracking and settling issues.
Our experienced estimators will come out to your home, evaluate your cleaning needs and provide you with a FREE written estimate. We will also inspect your entire gutter and downspout system and give you a written detailed report of their condition, free of charge. If your gutters are overflowing, chances are the system is clogged.

Our trained company employees will hand scoop out the large debris and then use a water hose to thoroughly flush out all of the fine sediment and unclog the downspouts. If the downspouts are too clogged to flush out completely, we will disassemble them, remove the clog and then securely reattach the downspout.
Some companies use a leaf blower to "re-locate" the debris and dirt which makes a big mess down below. Flushing the gutter with water also allows us to detect any leaks in the system. We also remove any debris on the roof and valley areas, bag all of the debris and do a thorough clean up. We are very cautious working around sensitive areas like landscaping, furniture, decks, etc.
When To Clean Your Gutters
We suggest cleaning your gutters in the early spring, before the spring/summer rains and then again in the fall after the leaves have fallen. A clean gutter system during the winter is less prone to ice damming issues.
Safety is of the utmost importance at CSG and all of our employees are properly trained in the safe use of ladders and fall protection. We will be happy to provide you with copies of our Workers Compensation and Liability Insurance certification.
