EPA Lead-Safe Certified FirmWas Your Home Built Before 1978?Common renovation activities on homes built before 1978 can create a health hazard to adults and children by disturbing lead-based paint. To protect against this risk, EPA issued a rule for contractors requiring the use of lead-safe practices aimed at preventing lead poisoning. Colorado Seamless Gutters is proud to announce that we became an EPA Lead-Safe Certified firm before the rule took effect on April 22, 2010. Being certified means that our staff will follow the new EPA guidelines (either test for lead paint or use lead-safe work practices) when working on all homes built before 1978. For more information, visit EPA's website.
What does this mean to you? Rest assured that we will make any work on your home safe, easy, and hassle-free. After all, this is the service you've come to expect from Colorado Seamless Gutters.
