Green Commitment

Colorado Seamless Gutters works to reduce its impact on the environment by recycling the following items on an annual basis:

  • Over 4,000 lbs. of cardboard
  • Over 8,000 lbs. of old aluminum gutters
  • Over 100,000 lbs. of old steel gutters
But we don't stop with ourselves — we only work with partners who also demonstrate a commitment to environmental sustainability. One example is Coated Metals Group (CMG), which manufactures products containing between 30% and 90% recycled content. Of course, CMG products themselves benefit the environment. Take, for instance, their ultra-clad Kynar roof products. These use BASF's patented Ultra-Cool system, which meets ENERGY STAR requirements for cool roof certification. By reflecting heat away from buildings, less energy is required to cool interior spaces--and that's good for both the environment and the budget.
